High Volume Products

Spartal has wide ranging experience in producing large quantity requirements either as individual orders or to monthly and weekly schedules. Many customers in the Marine, Display and Heating sectors rely on Spartal to manage timely delivery of their requirements. Materials supplied can range from plain tubes ready for customer processing to semi finished and finished components or assemblies bulk packed. Spartal also has facilities to supply parts or kits of parts packed in customers packaging ready for sale.

Smaller Quantities

There are hundreds of requirements where relatively small quantities of aluminium tube are needed to achieve the end product both as one off projects or repeating requirements.

Spartal's range of tooling and the flexibility in our process mean that we can supply tubes with short lead times and in quantities to suit customers needs. Applications supplied range from hose fittings to telescopic aerials, pneumatic cylinders, heat exchangers and bird rings.
